Coulter are seriously into The Smiths. And I mean Serious. They're guitarist/vocalist does his hair up in a Morrissey boufant and does up his voice in the classic Morrissey warble. The band provides a jangly early Smiths backing with a penchant for the classic 1950's rock ballad. Though not really pioneers or originators, Coulter are certainly a stylized band but are definitely pleasant to listen to and certainly pleasant on the eyes. Kelly
